Process cancellation requests from the Intranet WebApp
Cancellation requests from the WebApp are also automatically imported into the full client through an import job.
The User (NOT the user group) responsible for the Event will receive a Notification about a new Task, and can continue to process the event in accordance with internal regulations.
Reason and Remarks for the cancellation are automatically entered in Event > Added fields > Intranet (if the field is shown according to the configuration). Only the cancellation reasons stored in the "WebApp_Intranet_V2_Settings" user group are available.
Set the Status of the event to "Cancelled". Cancelled events are not shown in the Intranet Calendar.
