From version 12.1 ??? files can be made available for viewing by authorised persons via the Intranet WebApp. E.g.: Seating plans for the caretakers, data sheets (functions) for the cleaning service, schedules for the technicians
The files are stored in the Event under Directories in the "Intranet" directory. This record-specific directory is created by a user with administrative authorisations or the Bp Event customer representative. Authorisation to use directories is assigned per User group (Setting up views and authorisations for users).
Open the Calendar or the Rooms and left-click on the event you want. Alternatively, go to the Event search and click on the Context menu.
Select the sub-item Files for the event. A window will open with the documents provided for the event.
There are different editing options depending on the document type:
Data sheets (functions) from Bp Event: the 1st page is displayed in the preview window. Download the file by clicking on an icon in the preview window in the formats PDF, DOC or TXT in the "Downloads" folder of your computer/mobile device.
Image files: are displayed in the preview window. Download the file by clicking Download in the "Downloads" folder of your computer/mobile device or Enlarge the display.
PDF files: are not displayed in the preview window. Download the file by clicking Download in the "Downloads" folder of your computer/mobile device.
Word or Excel files: are not displayed in the preview window. Download the file by clicking Download in the "Downloads" folder of your computer/mobile device.
