From version 12.1 ??? files can be uploaded via the Intranet WebApp. E.g.: Photos of damage from the caretaker, delivery notes from external partners
The files are stored in the Event under Directories in the "Intranet" directory. This record-specific directory is created by a user with administrative authorisations or the Bp Event customer representative. Authorisation to use directories is assigned per User group (Setting up views and authorisations for users).
Important: Files can only be stored for existing events! In principle, files can be viewed and uploaded for all events that are opened after a search, in the calendar or the room allocation. For newly created events, the event request MUST first be sent before a file can be stored.
Open the Calendar or the Rooms and left-click on the event you want. Alternatively, go to Event search and click on the Context menu.
Select the sub-item Files for the event. A window will open with the documents provided for the event.
Click on Upload your own files in the bottom left-hand corner of the window. An option to upload files opens.
Right-click (long click on mobile devices) on the directory and click on New.
Select Mountto save a file at a subordinate level.
Select Appendto save a file on the same level.
There are different options depending on the document type:
Folder: are inserted in the directory as empty new subfolders
Images: are inserted from a camera or from the hard disc and appear in the preview
