Upload files to an event

From version 12.1 ??? files can be uploaded via the Intranet WebApp.
E.g.: Photos of damage from the caretaker, delivery notes from external partners

The files are stored in the VA Event under Verzeichnis Directories in the "Intranet" directory. This record-specific directory is created by a user with administrative authorisations or the Bp Event customer representative. Authorisation to use directories is assigned per Gruppen User group (Setting up views and authorisations for users).

Important: Files can only be stored for existing events! In principle, files can be viewed and uploaded for all events that are opened after a search, in the calendar or the room allocation.
For newly created events, the event request MUST first be sent before a file can be stored.

  1. Open the kalender Calendar or the Raum Rooms and left-click on the event you want. Alternatively, go to Event search and click on the submenu Context menu.
  2. Select the sub-item Verzeichnis Files for the event. A window will open with the documents provided for the event.
  3. Click on Upload your own files in the bottom left-hand corner of the window. An option to upload files opens.
  4. Right-click (long click on mobile devices) on the directory and click on neu New.
    1. Select Einhaegen Mountto save a file at a subordinate level.
    2. Select Anfuegen Appendto save a file on the same level.
  5. There are different options depending on the document type:
    1. Ordner Bestellung Folder: are inserted in the Verzeichnis directory as empty new subfolders
    2. Bild Images: are inserted from a camera or from the hard disc and appear in the preview
    3. datei Files: are inserted from the hard disc
  6. You can also Umbenennen Rename or delete Delete files.
