Limit on the length of text entries in the change log
The level of detail in the change log has been adjusted to protect databases from excessive growth, which could lead to problems with data records or the display of the change log.
Nothing changes for texts of up to 1,000 characters; as usual, they are documented in the change log with the current value and the ‘Before:’ value.
New: In the very rare event that either the old or the new value exceeds 1,000 characters, only the number of characters is recorded; for example:
"xyz remark: 41,000,000 characters (previously: 0 characters)".
