Use custom fields for booked items in Purchasing

Use custom fields for booked items in Purchasing, e.g. for personnel.

Go to Administration > General Settings > Events > Fields and define the up to 3 custom fields for booked items, e.g. to store properties of staff items (clothing size of work clothes).
Go to Administration > General Settings > Items > Purchase orders to enable custom fields for booked items, then add these fields to the view usedf for purchasing. If the purchase is linked to an event segment, the custom fields from purchase are also copied to the mirrored booked items.
