View and upload documents for events in the Intranet WebApp
Enable your staff and suppliers to both view and upload documents for events via the Intranet WebApp.
Define new standard folders in record-specific directories in the "Events" table and assign different directories to various user groups (suppliers, technicians, caretakers, housekeeping) with read and/or write authorisation.
Examples: suppliers can upload delivery notes, the caretaking team can call up seating plans, housekeeping can view their own worksheets
