Both very large groups and the simultaneous arrival of several smaller groups can be avoided with the appropriate settings.

1. To limit the group size for individual reservations, enter the maximum desired number in the field Maximum bookable persons . If the number is exceeded, the reservation will first be sent as a request to be confirmed manually instead of a firm booking.
2. To prevent too many guests from arriving at the same time, enter the maximum number of guests in the field Max. Arrival enter the maximum desired number.
