Creating an event template for the Intranet WebApp

Create a template for online bookable events in the full client at Templates > Event Templates .

  • Öffnen Sie eine Veranstaltungsvorlage

    Open a new or existing  event template. Company-specific templates or different templates are currently not possible. If the template should only be available online, set the template to Not active. (Creating an event template)

    1. Geben Sie als Art der Vorlage „WebBuchung“ an.
    2. Only the name "WebApp_Intranet_V2" is allowed.
      Important: If the name changes (for whatever reason), it MUST also be adjusted in the list "WebApp_Intranet_V2_Masterdata_VAVorlage_Filter_Exit" because otherwise the export filter will not work.

    3. Copy segment data: If "Only of type order" is selected, the processing stage order is taken for export and import, otherwise offer.

  • Richten Sie eine Musterveranstaltung ein (Basis)

    Search and edit sample event.

    1. Geben Sie die folgenden Eckdaten ein:
      1. Number of persons: empty
      2. Datum: beliebig weit in der Zukunft
      3. Event type matching the setting in the event template
    2. Die folgenden Felder werden übernommen, wenn sie gepflegt sind:
      1. Cost centre of the event when importing in the billing process
      2. Anlass und Anlassgruppe
      3. Responsible
      4. Status
  • Richten Sie die Detailfelder der Musterveranstaltung ein
    1. Room bookings: Specify whether room bookings should be allowed at Event >  Details > WebBooking :
        1. Possibility 1:
          Room bookings are not allowed, but rooms are stored in the sample event
          -> die Räume werden nicht angezeigt aber automatisch importiert
        2. Possibility 2:
          Room bookings are allowed and rooms are stored in the sample event
          -> die Räume werden zur Auswahl angeboten und die ausgewählten Räume werden importiert
        3. Possibility 3:
          Room bookings are not allowed, and no rooms are stored in the sample event either
          -> es werden keine Räume gebucht
    2. Einleitungstexte
      Important: These fields are not displayed by default, but can be displayed and customised.
      Geben Sie unter   Veranstaltung >   Details > Intranet ggf. Einleitungstexte für die Reiter Anfrage bzw. Ablauf der Veranstaltung ein. Die Texte erscheinen in der WebApp bei Buchung einer neuen Veranstaltung und können über HTML formatiert werden.
  • Create operations and operation items

    Each segment appears as a separate tab with items in the WebApp under the item item selectionwhen a event is booked. Note which processing stage you have selected in the template for transfer ( offer or order).

    1. Artikelanzahl angeben: Je nach Einstellung in der Vorlage werden in der WebApp Intranet unterschiedliche Eingaben im Aufklappmenü angeboten. Die freie Eingabe von abweichenden Werten ist aber trotzdem immer möglich.
      Auf eine Unter- bzw. Überschreitung von Mindest- oder Höchstbestellmengen wird automatisch hingewiesen. Die Höchst- und Mindestbestellmengen werden aus den Stammdaten der Artikel übernommen. Ausserdem wird hingewiesen, wenn die Personenzahl als Bestellmenge übernommen werden soll, aber noch nicht angegeben wurde.
      1. Option 1: Select only Number of persons
        If only the specified number of people is to be used as the number of items in the WebApp, leave the values for number 1 and 2 empty.
      2. Option 2: Selection between number of persons and any number
        If either the number of persons for the event or a number are to be freely selected in the WebApp, enter item number 1 = 0 and item number 2 = blank. Higher numbers can be entered manually.
      3. Option 3: Fixed number
        If the number of items in the WebApp is not to be freely selectable but predefined, enter the desired number.
    2. Speichen Sie die Musterveranstaltung und die Veranstaltungsvorlage mit allen individuellen Anpassungen.
    3. Um die Vorlage online verfügbar zu machen, löschen Sie ggf. den Cache und aktualisieren Sie die Webapp im Browser.
