In the extended mode of the WebApp, the monitor positions are not set automatically, but booked individually. This allows for more flexible use, but tends to look overwhelming.
Make it easier for users to select monitors in the signage segment by also adding the monitor positions as Suggested items . They will then appear automatically as a suggested items when the respective room is booked and can easily be inserted in the signage segment.
Go to the Suggested items tab and click Add.
Search by the "Monitor position" item group to find all monitor positions pointing to this room.
Select a monitor location in the list and Confirm to add them to the suggested items. Example: Entrance area next to the stairs, room 11
Tick the standard positions so that you can apply them later with a single click.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
Important: Do NOT enter any text or arrows in the suggested items! Duplicate or inconsistent information in suggested items and equipment can cause problems in the browser display.
