If the extended mode of the WebApp is used (signage texts from the booked monitor positions in a separate segment), a corresponding view must be set up.

  1. Go to the Administration Administration tab and select betrieb Company settingsVA EventsVorgang Artikel Booked items.
  2. Activate Show columns in standard view > Room.
  3. Select the following columns:
    1. Start time (for times that differ from the event time (standard))
    2. End time to (for times that differ from the event time (default))
    3. Room (mandatory for correct assignment)
    4. Item name (designation of the item position)
    5. Item group (optional) (item group "Monitor location" for easier retrieval)
    6. Remark (for individual signage texts per monitor location, room and booking period)
