The AI-based telephone assistant automates incoming calls to restaurants. Assistent.ai checks and books reservation requests directly in Bp Event and answers questions from callers individually according to specifications. The interface only works on the basis of Online Table Reservations and is activated for each table reservation event.
- Open a
Table reservation event for which you want to activate the telephone assistant. - Go to the
Added fields tab. - Left-click to Activate for Assistant.AI.
- If no more telephone reservations should be accepted for that date, select a reason from the "Not available" situation message selection list. The AI assistant then rejects telephone requests for this table reservation event with the wording that was stored in the interface.
Example: "Holiday message": The AI informs the caller that the requested date is a holiday.
