Booked items can be converted into one-off items in the event segment in order to adjust texts. The master record of the item remains unchanged.
Note: One-off items must be allowed for that Item group (
Administration > Settings >
Items).
Example: The customer wants a different side dish.
- Select the booked item in the segment and right-click to open the edit menu.
- Select
Convert to one-off item and edit the text.
- Enter the changes and confirm the entry with OK.
- The item is converted into a one-off items and the text is adopted in the event segment.
Note: One-off items are shown in italics in the column Group .
