Changing booked items

Booked items can be converted into one-off items in an event segment in order to adjust descriptions. The master record of the item will remain unchanged.
Note: One-off items must be enabled in the Administration Administrative settings.

Example: The customer wants a different side dish with the main course.

  1. Select the booked item in the segment and right-click to open the edit menu.
  2. Select Texte One-off item and the text you want to edit.
  3. Enter the changes and confirm the entry by clicking OK.
  4. The item is converted into a one-off item and the description is applied in the segment.
    Note: The Item group of one-off items will be printed in italics.
