Change booked items in event segments

Booked items can be converted into one-off items in the event segment in order to adjust texts. The master record of the item remains unchanged.
Note: One-off items must be allowed for that Item group (Administration Administration > Settings > artikel Items).

Example: The customer wants a different side dish.

  1. Select the booked item in the segment and right-click to open the edit menu.
  2. Select Texte Convert to one-off item and edit the text.
  3. Enter the changes and confirm the entry with OK.
  4. The item is converted into a one-off items and the text is adopted in the event segment.
    Note: One-off items are shown in italics in the column Group .
