Start a contextual enquiry to the AI

As soon as AI support is set up in Bp Event, the new icon ki Open AI support appears in every toolbar, text field and word processing document.

  1. In an (already filled) text field in a data record, click on kiin the top right-hand corner. 
    Example: Agreement text field in the event
  2. Select a  vorlage brief AI prompt or select "Without template".
    Note: AI prompts are time-saving, frequently recurring questions to the AI that are created as text blocks.
  3. The input window for AI text editing opens.
    In the left half of the input window, the enlarged edit window is filled with the text already entered.
  4. Alternatively, enlarge the text field by clicking zoom and then click on ki in the toolbar. In this case, you will find the vorlage brief AI prompts in the question area at the bottom right.
  5. The text field at the bottom right is the question area. Either enter your own question/instruction or select a pre-formulated prompt by clicking vorlage brief Insert AI prompt. In the same place, select the bezug Text reference to which the instruction should refer (text in the edit window or selected text either in the edit window or in the chat itself).
  6. Click on  vorlage brief > einfrieren Freeze to release text references before sending the request. Otherwise, the reference are only released when the prompt is sent to the AI.
  7. Click on ki fragen Ask AI to start the enquiry. Both the enquiry and the result appear in the chat history (text field top right).
  8. Complete and repeat the questions until you are happy with the result. To do this, select the text passage you want and enter a bezug  Text reference (text in the editing window or selected text either in the editing window or in the chat itself).
