Search for cancellations and lost sales

The advanced search gives you all the criteria for searching for cancelled events per period and the lost revenue.

1. Left-click on  Events in the function bar to open the search. Alternatively, click on the dropdown triangle  next to the icon and select  Suchen.
2. A search window with all relevant search fields for the event will open.
3. Select "Cancelled" as Status from the drop-down menu.
4. Open the  Advanced search in the bottom left-hand corner of the input window.
5. Click on the dropdown triangle next to  Cancelled to open the search options for cancelled events.
6. Enter your search query and click on  Search in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
