Telephone orders are recorded as contact note^M.

1. Click on  Send >  Contact note. The input window for the contact note opens and automatically copies data from the order.
2. Enter the contact person and write details of the order in the comments field.
3.  Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
