  • Send a non-binding enquiry to Party Rent

    Book Party Rent items just like your own items to a segment. Then use a job to combine all booked Party Rent items for the event in a separate segment. The new segment is created as a costing segment, so that the data and turnover of the event are not falsified.

    1. In the toolbar, go to Ausfuehren Start job > VA Event > Job Search for PR items. The execution of the job takes a few seconds, depending on the scope.
    2. Open the new segment Angebot Kalkulation  PR_Request.
    3. Check the number of items required.
    4. All details  Added fields in the segment Angebot Kalkulation PR_Request are mandatory fields and must be completed.
    5. SelectDelivery or Return and enter Accounts and Times.
    6. In the toolbar, go to Ausfuehren Start job > Vorgaenge Segments > Job  Send segment to Party Rent.
    7. You will receive confirmation by email as soon as Party Rent has processed your booking.
  • Compare the confirmation from Party Rent

    As soon as you have received the email confirmation from Party Rent, import the confirmation into the database.

    1. In the toolbar, go to Ausfuehren Start job > Vorgaenge  Segments > Job Get confirmation from Party Rent. The execution of the job takes a few seconds, depending on the scope.
    2. Open the new segment Angebot Kalkulation PR response.
    3. Check the match between the ordered and confirmed quantity of items in Lagerartikel Item statistics in the side navigation.
      Note: If items are not available at the time or in the specified quantity, you will receive suggestions for alternative items from Party Rent.
    4. Click on Liste  PartyRent comparison confirmation request. Deviations are shown in red in the list.
    5. If necessary, change the items according to the specifications in the confirmation and send another enquiry until there is no longer any discrepancy between the enquiry and the confirmation.
  • Place a firm order with Party Rent

    Confirmations sent to Bp Event by Party Rent during the quote stage are not considered as a binding order. Only when requests from an order are sent and confirmed is there a firm commitment. In case of doubt, please clarify short-term changes directly with Party Rent.

    1. Drag and drop all quote segments, including PR segments, into the Ordner Bestellung  order.
    2. Execute the jobs Ausfuehren >  Job Search for PR items and> Job  Re-send segment to Party Rent again.
    3. The confirmation from Party Rent this time is a firm commitment.
