Ordering Party Rent itemsS

  • Send a non-binding enquiry to Party Rent

    Book Party Rent items into your segments as if they were your own items. Then, with the help of a job, compile all the booked Party Rent items of the event into a separate segment. The new segment is a costing segment so that the data and turnover of the event are not distorted.

    1. Gehen Sie in der horizontalen Werkzeugleiste auf Ausfuehren Job starten > VA Veranstaltung > Job PR-Artikel suchen. Die Ausführung des Jobs dauert je nach Umfang wenige Sekunden.
    2. Open the new process Angebot Kalkulation PR_Inquiry.
    3. Check the number of items needed.
    4. All fields at details Details in the process Angebot Kalkulation PR_Request are mandatory fields and must be completed.
    5. Select delivery or collection and enter accounts and times .
    6. In the horizontal toolbar, go to Ausfuehren Start Job > Vorgaenge Operations >  Job Send Operation to Party Rent.
    7. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigung per E-Mail, sobald die Bearbeitung bei Party Rent erfolgt ist.
  • Compare the confirmation sent by Party Rent

    As soon as you have received the e-mail confirmation from Party Rent, import the confirmation into the database.

    1. In the horizontal toolbar, go to Ausfuehren Start job > Vorgaenge Operations > Job Get confirmation from Party Rent. The execution of the job takes a few seconds, depending on the scope.
    2. Open the new process Angebot Kalkulation PR response.
    3. Check the correspondence between the ordered and confirmed quantity of items via Lagerartikel Item statistics in the side segment navigation.
      Note: If items are not available at the time or in the specified quantity, you will receive suggestions for alternative items from Party Rent.
    4. Click on Liste PartyRent comparison confirmation enquiry. Deviations are shown in red in the list.
    5. If necessary, change the items according to the specifications of the confirmation and send another request until there is no more discrepancy between the request and the confirmation.
  • Place a firm order with Party Rent

    Confirmations sent by Party Rent to BANKETTprofi during the offer phase are not yet considered a definitive commitment. Only when requests from an order are sent and confirmed is there a firm commitment. In case of doubt, please clarify short-term changes directly with Party Rent.

    1. Drag and drop all quotation segments, including PR segments, into the Ordner Bestellung order.
    2. Run the jobs Ausfuehren >  Job Search for PR items and  >  Job Send process to Party Rent again.
    3. The confirmation from Party Rent this time is a firm commitment.
