Confirmations sent to Bp Event by Party Rent during the quote stage are not considered as a binding order. Only when requests from an order are sent and confirmed is there a firm commitment. In case of doubt, please clarify short-term changes directly with Party Rent.

1. Drag and drop all quote segments, including PR segments, into the   order.
2. Execute the jobs >   Search for PR items and>   Re-send segment to Party Rent again.
3. The confirmation from Party Rent this time is a firm commitment.
