- Individual survey results are filed in the records to which the surveys were linked.
- Create lists for statistical analysis
Surveys are analysed using individual lists. Depending on the type of survey (text, image, ...), a statistical analysis may or may not be possible. Three examples are included in the scenario.
Important: Decide on one type of rating for each survey. This is the only way to ensure a meaningful statistical analysis.- Go to the
Configurations tab and select
Lists/Reports > 
Search on the Table "Feedback" for the lists with Names "*Sample evaluation". Three examples of different types of surveys are included in the scenario:- "WebApp_Feedback_V2 Auswertungsbeispiel Kommentar und Kunde"
- "WebApp_Feedback_V2 Auswertungsbeispiel Kommentare"
- "WebApp_Feedback_V2_Auswertungsbeispiel Zahl"
- Copy the template and
Save under a new name. - Set the
Filters to match your survey, e.g:- in the "Feedback selection" line: Value equal to <Name of new survey>
- in the "Date" line: suitable from and to dates
Save your input.
- Go to the
- Access evaluations from the Info Centre
The evaluation data for surveys can be accessed either as
List or as
Datasheet from the
Info Centre.- Go to the
Configurations tab and click on
Lists/Reports to open the
List you want. - Enter "Feedback" as the Category.
- Select "Branded Prints, output list, input forms, offer as "Info Centre" quickpick" as
Use.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
- Call up the evaluation by clicking on the dropdown triangle next to

Info Centre in the
Feedback folder.
- To output the evaluation as a data sheet, go to the
Templates tab and select
Text templates. - Create a new template with the Type "Data sheet".
- Insert the
Lists that were created to analyse your survey. (Lists/Reports).
Save your input.
- Open the new data sheet by clicking on the dropdown triangle next to

Info Centre and selecting
Data sheets.
