Fügen Sie Benutzer in die Benutzergruppe ein. Mögliche Benutzer sind echte Mitarbeiter, aber auch  Benutzergruppen.
Important: Only users who are assigned to at least one of the user groups have access to the WebApp Intranet.

1. WebApp_Intranet_V2_Administrators: Assign all users who are allowed to make changes to the WebApp interface, templates, settings or user views to this group.
2. WebApp_Intranet_V2_Users: Assign all staff and user groups who are to make bookings and searches via the WebApp to this group.
   Important: If the organiser/orderer account of a event booking from the intranet is to be automatically preassigned, a account must be stored in the user . The account can be changed manually in the booking. If no account is stored for the user, the orderer must be specified manually.
