Setting up the Intranet WebApp

  • Importieren Sie die Standardszenarien
    1. Check in the full client at Administration > Settings > Licences > Standard scenarios, whether the option WebApp Standard Intranet V2 is already available. If the Standard Intranet V2 is not yet offered, update your Bp Event Server.
    2. Aktivieren Sie WebApp Standard Intranet V2 mit Häkchen und speichern Sie.
    3. Go to  Licences > Actions and select Load Bp Scenarios Now > Load without forcing.
    4. Wait until a dialogue window opens confirming the complete import of the scenarios "WebAppStandardIntranetV2". This may take a few minutes.
      Das Szenario "WebApp_Standard_AdressCtrl" wird zusammen mit der Intranet WebApp geliefert.
    5. After importing the sceneries, close the window  General settingsonce and open it again.
    6. Die Ordnerstrukturen unter "..Bp Event> Server > Data > Web Folder" wird automatisch um die Ordner "WebApp_Intranet_V2", "WebApp_Standard_AdressCtrl" und "WebApp_V2" ergänzt.
    7. If the scenario is not imported correctly, restart the Bp Event Server and the Service Client. If the import does not take place automatically, the scenario must be imported manually. Create an error message and contact the WebApp team for advice.
  • Geben Sie Betriebskürzel an
    1. Enter Administration >   Settings > Company or  Administration >   Company Settings >  Company be sure to enter a abbreviation and save you.
    2. Later, also use the abbreviation in the URL for the WebApp, even for companies without multi-operation.
  • Geben Sie den Standardbenutzer an
    1. Select the user group "WebApp_Intranet_V2_Users" at Administration > Details  >Intranet . This user group defines the standard view of the WebApp.
    2. Assign a B   user groupindividually for eachoperation in multi mode.
  • Assign individual permissions
    1. Assign the single authorisation"WebApp_Intranet_V2_Administrators" to a user with administrative rights who should be able to change administrative settings.

    2. Assign the individual authorisation"WebApp_Intranet_V2_Users" to the users who are to be able to search for or create data via the WebApp. The users can be real staff or also user groups .

      <attribute not present> Save your settings and restart the full client.
  • Richten Sie die Kalendersicht ein

    Die Info Center Sicht heißt standardmäßig „WebApp InfoCenter Intranet V2“, kann aber umbenannt werden. Wenn ein individueller Name gewählt wird, hinterlegen Sie den neuen Namen in der Benutzergruppe „WebApp_Intranet_V2_Benutzer“.

    1. Definieren Sie im Vollclient eine Info Center Sicht:
      1. Go to Info Center and select the desired data sources.
      2. Save you at Views > Save > New > Group view
      3. Select the group "WebApp_Intranet_V2_Users" and click  Apply.
      4. Geben Sie als Namen „WebApp InfoCenter Intranet V2“ ein und bestätigen Sie mit OK.
    2. Hinterlegen Sie den Namen der IC-Sicht in der Benutzergruppe „WebApp_Intranet_V2_Benutzer“ > Vorbelegungen.
    3. Clear the cache and refresh the web page to access the calendar view in the WebApp again.
