Although some documents must be available in written form, the majority of business mail is now handled digitally and not just by telephone. Bp Event takes this into account with an integrated letter/e-mail function, which can even be used to send SMS messages. TAPI interfaces are also available, as is a standard integrated system for internal messages. The best thing, however, is that all these communications are filed directly to specific addresses or events and are therefore immediately available to every other employee, even after many years.

Über verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Adress- Selektion, können individuelle Werbe- E-Mails und Newsletter mit Bildern, Anhängen und Links versandt werden.
Internal Messages
The internal messaging system facilitates communication between individual users or entire departments. This allows important information about events to be communicated to the relevant departments. There are also clear links here so that no information can get lost. If the internal message is linked to a data record, such as an event or an address, the recipient can also open this data record directly from the message and does not have to search for it.
Work orders
Create work instructions for departments on a daily or weekly basis and make them available to the relevant departments. Each department only receives the relevant information on the time schedule*, the items ordered and their quantity, the room or delivery location and much more.
