Reliable channels of communication, in-house or other, are key to any business operation. While important documents still need to be printed, signed and filed, the bulk of internal and external communication will be digital - be it by email, text message or internal message. Consequently, email communication is an integrated feature of Bp Event, as is an internal messaging system. A TAPI interface is available for issues best discussed person to person. The best thing, however, is that all these communications are filed directly to specific accounts or events, and are thus immediately available to every other staff member.
Scope:
Mail and bulk mail
All mail is linked to at least one record and can be based on a template or not. Correspondence is thus filed directly under an account or event, the contact person is automatically pre-assigned and addressed personally. Create bulk mail including pictures for customised PR campaigns and define your output settings to include your stationery and select the correct printer.

Internal Messages
The internal messaging system facilitates communication between individual users or entire departments. If an internal message is linked to a record, such as an event or an account, the recipient can open this record directly from the message.
Work instructions
Create work instructions on a daily or weekly basis and make them available to the relevant departments. Each department only receives the information they need, such as the schedule*, booked items, rooms or delivery location.
