Why don't all booked items appear in the shopping list?

Has the item been enabled for purchasing?

A sales item only becomes a purchase item when it is activated for purchasing.

In the side navigation, go to the Zusaetze Supplier items tab and click on the einkauf Purchasing button in the toolbar to enable that item for purchasing.


Is a supplier item available and enabled for purchasing?

An item can only be ordered if at least one supplier offers a corresponding supplier item.

In the side navigation, go to the Zusaetze Supplier items tab and enter Adresse Supplier items including a supplier account, items and prices. Remember to enable each supplier item for Purchasing by clicking the button.


Has a different item group been selected?

Only the items belonging to the item group selected in the right-hand window are shown in the overview.

Click on the group you want in the list of item groups or on the top, empty line to see all groups.


Has a different event been selected?

Only the items belonging to the events selected in the top left-hand window are shown in the overview.

Click on the events you want in the event list or press Ctrl+A to see the items for all events.


Has a supplier been selected who cannot deliver the item?

Only the items that can be supplied by the supplier selected in the bottom right-hand window are shown in the overview.

Select an different supplier from the list of suppliers or press Ctrl+A to see all suppliers.


Is the segment for which you want to make purchases an order segment?

Only the items that have been booked into an order are shown, not those booked to quotes.

To convert an existing Bestellung Quote into an order, open the event, then drag the quote to the order folder in the side navigation while holding down the left mouse button (Drag-and-Drop).


Is a quantity or number specified for the item?

Only the items for which there is a current demand are shown.

Open the event you want and enter the required quantity or number of items.


Is the row hidden?

Rows can be hidden manually in the overview. You can see the number of hidden rows in the brackets behind the "Hidden" button label.

Open the list of hidden rows by left-clicking on the button. Deselect the rows by clicking on an empty row.


Has a filter been set?

The overview can be filtered for staff items or equipment, as well as for open quantities or rental items.

Check whether the correct filters are active in the toolbar of the overview window.
