Why don't all booked items appear in the shopping list?

Ist der Artikel für den Einkauf aktiviert

A sales item only becomes a purchase item when it is activated for purchasing.

Gehen Sie im Artikel zu Zusatzinfos und aktivieren Sie in der horizontalen Werkzeugleiste des Reiters Lieferantenartikel den Artikel über die Schaltfläche  Einkauf für die Einkaufsübersicht.

Ist ein Lieferantenartikel vorhanden und für den Einkauf aktiviert

An item can only be ordered if at least one supplier offers a corresponding supplier item.

In the item, go to Additional information. On the tab  Supplier item , enter a supplier and supplier item with a price and activate the supplier item for purchasing.

Ist eine andere Artikelgruppe ausgewählt

Only the items belonging to the item group selected in the right-hand window are displayed in the overview.

Click on the desired group in the selection list of item groups or on the top, empty line to see all groups.

Ist eine andere Veranstaltung ausgewählt

In der Übersicht werden nur die Artikel angezeigt, die zu den im oberen linken Fenster ausgewählten Veranstaltungen gehören.

Klicken Sie in der Auswahlliste der Veranstaltungen auf die gewünschten Veranstaltungen oder auf Strg+A, um die Artikel zu allen Veranstaltungen zu sehen.

Ist ein Lieferant markiert, der den Artikel nicht liefern kann

Only the items that can be supplied by the supplier selected in the bottom right-hand window are displayed in the overview.

Select another supplier in the supplier selection list or press Ctrl+A to see all suppliers.

Ist der Vorgang, für den Sie einkaufen wollen, eine Bestellung

Only items that have been booked into an order segment are displayed, not those from offers.

Open the desired event and create an order by dragging the quote in the left navigation bar with the left mouse button pressed to  order .

Ist für den Artikel eine Menge bzw. Anzahl angegeben

Only the items for which there is a specific requirement are displayed.

Open the desired event and enter the required quantity or number of the item.

Ist die Zeile ausgeblendet

In der Übersicht können Zeilen manuell ausgeblendet werden. Die Anzahl der augeblendeten Zeilen sehen Sie in der Klammer hinter der Beschriftung der Schaltfläche „Ausgeblendet“.

Open the list of hidden rows by left-clicking on the button. Deselect the desired row by clicking in an empty row.

Ist ein Filter gesetzt

The overview can be filtered for personnel items or equipment, as well as for open quantities or rental items.

Check whether the correct filters are active in the toolbar of the Summary window.
