Why can't I see an event sheet I know exists in an event?
Has the event sheet been marked as a standard template? The database contains many different event sheets. These event sheets must be defined as "Standard" once in order to be available for use.
Go to the Administration tab in the function bar and select Settings > Event Sheets, then select the templates in question and Save. Note: These settings are company-specific if you have the Multi-Companies module. You will find them under Administration > Company Settings > Event sheets.
Has the event sheet template been assigned to the selected company? Templates can be assigned to individual companies with the Multi-Compamies module. This means that not all companies within one corporation can access all event sheets because they have been assigned to individual companies.
Go to the Templates tab on the function bar and doubleclick Event Sheets to open the Search. Select one or more Companies if applicable.
