Why can't I see a booked item in a work instruction or packing list)?

Has the item group been assigned to the corresponding item group package?
Only the items from groups that are important for a specific department are listed in event sheets. These are compiled individually in the administration as item group packages. Items that belong to a different item group are not shown.

Assign the item to an different item group or assign the item group to the corresponding package. Contact your system administrator to do this.


Has the segment been rejected?
Items booked in rejected segments are not shown on event sheets.

Book the item into an active event segment.
