Has the item been enabled for sale? Some items are only purchase or production items and not meant to be sold individually. This is decided by assigning them to a specific item group.
Assign the item to different item group or change the properties of the item group under Administration > Settings > Items (only with administrative rights).
Has the item been assigned to the selected company? Individual items can be assigned to one or more companies if you have the Multi-Companies module.
Click on Assign company in the toolbar of the item to assign it to the company you want.
Is the item active? Once created, items cannot be deleted in Bp Event. To remove them from the normal search and not make them "bookable", they are marked as Inactive in the toolbar of the item.
