Why does a booked item have no / the wrong price?

Is the item price valid on the date of the event?
Multiple price groups with validity dates can be entered for each item.

Enter a validity date matching the event date in the bottom left-hand corner of the item "General" input window.


Is the price group of the event or segment different from the item price group?
Different price groups can be set not only for the item, but also for individual events or segments. If the price group selected for the segment does not exist for the item, no price can be shown.

Select an existing price grou or enter the price group you want.


Is a different price group recorded in the customer account?

A different price group can be assigned to a customer account if you have the CRM plus module. This can relate to individual items or to all items of an event.

Open the customer Account > Contacts and check if a different price group has been specified.


Has the item been booked in an internal segment or a costing segment?
Internal segments are used to organise work processes and to book items that are not shown to the customer. Items booked in these segments do not have a price and do not appear on the customer print-outs.

Costing segments are used exclusively for internal calculations. The items booked there have a price, but are not taken into account in the cost calculation for the customer nor in the quote, order or invoice.

Change the segment type to Angebot Quote or Bestellung Order.
