Why is my e-mail not being sent?

Is the email address valid and spelled correctly?
A valid email address contains a name part, an "@", a domain and a "."
Example: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Check that the email address is correct


Do you have an Internet connection?
The email can only be sent if there is an Internet connection.

Check your internet connection


Has an email account been created for the user in Bp event?
A minimum of one email account is created in Bp Event for each new user; no emails can be sent or received without an email account.

Ask your system administrator to set up a send and receive account under Administration Administration > Benutzer Usere Mail Konto Email account .


Do the user's credentials match?
If email accounts or user access data have been changed, the data must also be updated in the user.
